Can't get the phone verification code?
If you have not received the platform to give you the verification code and other relevant information, you can find the reason by the following operation:
- check whether the phone number is correct or not.
- check whether the mobile phone is shut down.
- check whether the phone is a virtual number section, if it is a virtual number section, you can change a number;
- check whether the message is intercepted. If there is no interception, get a verification code is not received. Please try again after 5 minutes.(At the same time, you get the verification code many times, the system will decide to get the SMS verification code by default, and then lock it).
- change a browser;
- whether the operator has set up the interception;
- if you are still unable to receive SMS and can not sign in, you can consult the customer service.
